Description: This project is located in the East Bay in a fast growing area of the country. This previously undeveloped site is in an industrial park setting across the street from the Police station which will add to the already state-of-the-art security system planned.
Several easements had to be modified or relocated to facilitate the development and frontage improvements were required at the adjacent property to enhance the alignment of the curb, gutter and sidewalk along the street frontage.
The facility will be powered by solar, and benefits from a tower element with signage on the manager's office that will be visible to the major thoroughfare.
Given the strong demand in the East County area, and significant anticipated residential growth, the facility was designed and approved to add a 2nd floor to two of the interior buildings offering a future potential increase of 62,000sf.
